Beside from a couple of professional articles Fabian was responsible for the Mandat study “GROW!” which specifically addresses the collaboration between private equity firms and their portfolio companies. The German thesis “Wachstumsorientierte Optimierung der Wertschöpfungskette am Beispiel eines Zulieferers für den Anlagenbau” combines a Mandat consulting project with in-depth scientific analysis and the outstanding Mandat expertise in creating profitable growth. Both thesis were evaluated with “excellent” by their academic professors.

After having served as project manager, marketing executive, and member of the board, Fabian was president of this local chapter with more than 150 members in 2014, following the principle “One Year to Lead.”

Originally from Wuppertal, Fabian lives in Schwerte, a small and lovely town to the south of Dortmund, together with his wife.
